From the supplier: Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Co insurance and risk-management chief David Ovenden, speaking at an International Centre for Business Information risk management meeting, said that many high-level risk managers do not have a clear strategy. He said that, while such managers can do an excellent job, their companies lack a clear set of goals. Ovenden added that captive insurers should treat their internal clients as customers.
