However, few business areas need to be measured more extensively, more frequently, and more effectively than logistics. High-performance logistics requires mastering the discipline of measurement. The book gives good inside about establishing the logistics criteria (K.P.I.s) as well as being a good reference for researchers. It has sufficient amount of statistical data supporting the information provided and the results are integrated with the subjects neatly. I have enjoyed reading it, and found it quite useful for my research and company project.
